We get asked this a lot — and the answer is simple:

We don’t use MDF because it’s cheap, messy, and not built to last.

MDF burns easily when laser cut, leaves a nasty smell, and creates dirty edges that aren’t safe or clean for labelling projects. It’s not water resistant, it warps, and honestly? It’s just not up to our standards.
