1 x Blank Board: Choose from acrylic or timber (290mm x 200mm) in a rectangle, arch, or scalloped arch shape.
6 x Long Acrylic Tiles + 6 x Small Acrylic Tiles: Available in black or white, perfect for crafting a reversible, double-sided design. Available with matte on one side and gloss on the other.

I understand no personalisation and assembly required etc but your pictures really should not show printed headings and give a clearer indication of this. It is misleading.

Our business is a craft blank business. Our photos are for illustration and inspiration purposes. All of our products are blank, unless otherwise stated. Our photos contain pictures of the blank items as well as the completed item for inspriation. The product listing is called a 'kit' and the description also states in the first paragraph: 'This is a DIY kit. It does not include personalisation.' in bold.
We then go on to mention in the product descritpion another three times about it being a kit, blank or not including personlisation.
We work really hard to ensure that all of the informaiton is included in all of our product descriptions to help our customers make an informed decision.

As a business a review like this is incredibly disappointing as our product is amazing and all of the information is there in black and white (well, blue and white - but you get the picture).
